Rohner Yacht Harbour Lake Constance
September 12th and 13th Spectacular racing, perfect organisation and great parties Around 280 guests from Austria, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Liechtenstein and Switzerland enjoyed the racing and social events organized by Maria Rohner, who was ably assisted by Brigitte and Reimund Boeckle.

Before racing began
The crews of the X-Yachts got themselves “in the mood” at an impressive Friday night party in the boatyard, where they were entertained by “Special Combination”, a band of leading musicians and vocalists from the region.

Live performances
Despite the light airs on Saturday, the race committee managed to hold three races for each of the classes, all with intense competition. Everyone returned to the marina in good time for the evening banquet, which saw crews and guests assembled in an enormous marquee to enjoy excellent food, live performances and dancing until the early hours. The event sponsors were represented by Birger Hansen (X-Yachts Denmark), Peter Munz and Eugen Munz (X-Yachts Switzerland), Dr. Pius Schlachter (LGT Bank in Liechtenstein), Simon Arrol (Camper & Nicholsons Marinas UK) and Fosca Roman (Rohner Socks CH).

The next regatta
Once again the LGT X-Yachts Cup 2003 was confirmed to be on the water and ashore, one of the best events at Lake Constance. The Marina Rohner showed to be a great location for the Cup. Many X-Yachts owners have already confirmed their desire to participate in the next regatta, to be held the year after next, in 2005.
